I am giving this review thing a try because I was so bummed out about this product falling apart at its second use. As you can see in the picture that I have attached to this review. The corners are opening up at the seems. This isn't just one corner it is multiple. Flaxseed is falling out and I can't use it. I have tried to start sewing up one of the corners myself but then a new corner just pops open. It's almost like the lining inside of the blue has a hole in it. I am highly dissatisfied and I am not sure if I just received a poorly made one and the rest are decent or not but I don't give this product more than a 3. It did heat up fairly well the first time I microwaved it and it is nice and soft. Wish I could use it!

This product is extremely soft and very useful since it has ties. Good for warming on your neck, waist, or elsewhere.

Me and my kids love it! It’s comfortable and soft and it stays warm for awhile, it takes a little longer then it says to warm up but only by about 30 seconds and it stays warm for awhile, we constantly argue who gets to use it I actually plan on buying two more for my kids so I can have mine more!

Works well. Holds heat for a long time. Only complaint is the stitching is starting to come undone.

I have been using homemade rice packs for neck and shoulder pain for years. I happened to come across this and I am so glad I did. It does take a while to heat up, but the shape and the ties are just so useful! I can tie it around me and continue doing whatever it is I want to do, rather than having to sit or lie down and position a rice back just so. And the fabric is SO soft! Great purchase!!

Very easy to use! works great!

This wrap is a big help with my migraines and neck pain. It is soft, maintains the temperature for a long time and provides just the right amount of pressure. Because it ties instead of using Velcro, I don’t have to worry about it getting caught in my hair or snagging my clothes.

Really liked that the wrap was very soft and could be used on the neck and back comfortably. The only problem is that is was to heat in 45 seconds but it really took almost 2 minutes to get nice and warm without being hot.
