Q: Removing poached egg cups, handle too hot too handle?

Yes, the handles are too hot but I use a salad fork to move the handles to where I can use a hot pad to lift out. My husband uses a pair of pliers.

Q: Does it come with the cup rings? If so great and do they sell the holder separately?

It has rings that hold the cup in place in the pan holder.

Q: What is the nonstick finish? Is it Teflon?

It is a second or third generation rendition of a non-stick finish. It is wearing very well.

Q: Will these fit the Resto egg poacher?

I bought my set of cups specifically for my Resto egg poacher because I had lost two cups for it. These fit perfectly. There is no reason why they should not fit ANY egg poacher.
