So far meets requirements

Gotten this twice with 2 threads, empty needle container and threaders. The thread worlks fine and is quite stretchable. Made quite a bit of bracelets using the thread. Haven't had any breaks yet.

I used this product for restringing a bracelet. It worked very well, was easy to use and it is wonderful to have all the pieces that you need together in one kit.

What I really love about this, is it comes with everything you need. The fact that you get both black and white elastic it really nice. The day I received it I redid 4 of my brackets to stretch, so much easier to put on now.

The package and cord I received stunk of chemicals and the scissors were wet with a dark liquid in the package. I will need to see if the strong chemical smell goes away after a few days... Everything arrived which is why I gave a 3 star review. I won't be handling the cord until the smell goes away.

Love how sturdy this elastic is. Can be strung easily. Looks great on necklaces and bracelets.Would recommend this item to others.Price is reasonable.
