ease of installation
This bidet is wonderful. Extremely easy to install and work great. Do yourself a favor (especially if you are a woman) and get this. You won't be sorry. I have also purchased the Brondell bidet-it, too is wonderful. Both are equal and about the same price. Two bathrooms, two bidet's.

Love it
Love it! Wasn’t sure what to expect but it works great! I love that the spray nozzles are protected and retract into a little enclosure. Pressure can be adjusted and aims are pretty precise. I also appreciate the extra tube that is provided to connect between the actual shutoff valve in the wall to the valve connector that is provided. My only complaint are the instructions- watch the videos- the left and right in the diagrams are not correct. But again, the actual product is great and took about 20 minutes to install.

Installation was more difficult than I thought
I am editing my review because I wanted to try again before returning because I really wanted to have a bidet and thought maybe I was doing something wrong. I am definitely not a plumber and this experience showed me I should not be. The company did not contact me at any point to edit my review and I was going to be able to return it even though I had tried and initially failed at installing it.The round seat fit my round toilet perfectly and is comfortable to sit on. It feels like a normal nice toilet seat, way nicer than the cheap one that came with my apartment. I really like the slim knob and that the bidet is built in to the toilet seat instead of a big bulky attached unit with an arm that sticks out. Installing the seat itself was pretty easy once I figured out what was going on although be prepared to do some squeezing in to small spaces if your toilet is in a small area like mine. The first time I installed it, things went downhill when I turned the water on and it started leaking everywhere! No matter how much tightening or loosening I did all this unit did was spray water all over the bathroom. I uninstalled it immediately and put my basic toilet seat back on. I decided to try again a couple days later because I really wanted a bidet and I didn’t know if another model would have the same issue, plus this one already came with metal connectors and all the hoses I needed. When I took apart the toilet the second time, I noticed that the rubber gasket on the original hose was different than the one that came with the bidet. When I replaced the cone gasket with the original gasket and put the rest of it together like normal being really careful to screw everything on correctly, I turned on the water and it worked beautifully!I’m deducting one star because the product is definitely not idiot proof and nowhere in the instructions or anywhere online did it mention to check the gaskets and I had to figure it out by myself. Definitely make sure the toilet connector is right if your home has a weird toilet like mine.

A breeze to install
The bidet was very easy to install. I'm a senior woman who was able to easily handle the installation. I have no worries about it leaking. The spray nozzle works very well and cold water doesn't bother me a bit. It's amazing how clean you feel after using it. I like that the lid doesn't slam shut and the materials seems very well made. I consider this a good value for the money.

The bidet perfected
If you are looking for a simple, unobtrusive bidet that just works, this is it. I've been through a few over the years, but I've had this one for a few years now and if I somehow managed to break it I would buy another one within minutes. True story, my girlfriend of over a year didn't even know I had a bidet until I mentioned it this week, and wouldn't believe me until I showed her. If this is your first venture into the world of bidets, there are a couple of things you should know:1. You will never go back. I utterly despise bidet-less toilets now. They shouldn't be allowed to exist.2. If you're worried about cold water in the winter and think you need a fancy electric heated bidet, all I can tell you is yes, the water is cold, but no, it's not a big deal. I can't speak to your posterior specifically, but as for myself and others I've spoken to, it just ain't that sensitive. And given that this only needs water pressure to work, there is less to break (or electrocute you) which I consider a plus.3. This is a great way to try a bidet without breaking the bank. And I believe you will find that you don't need anything more, actually, as this is a perfect design.4. While this should fit most toilets just fine, there may be some instances where you need some modifications. In my case, because of a unique tank design, I needed a short hose extension because the valve for the bidet would not otherwise fit. No big deal.5. Seriously, just do it.

Fits my French Curve!!!
I'm shooook. I'd been using a bidet addon that barely fits my toilet. So when the seat broke, I figured it was time to gamble on an actual bidet seat.Did some research and saw that this has the best chance with the shorter length and the hinge design. Low and behold, it does fit perfectly. The knob and pipe connection are slightly recessed, but not a problem at all.Seat seems pretty sturdy as well. We'll see how durable it is, but for now it's a perfect 5* for me.
