Looks good in the pictures and day one was mildly comfortable. DO NOT BUY this if you plan to use it. DO NOT BUY this if you are working from home. I honestly have not been this disappointed in a purchase from amazon ever. $171 dollars out the window. I cannot come up with the words to describe how pathetic and junky this product is. It is very obvious the manufacturer had every intention of ripping of the customer. Why so disappointed? I purchased this product on June 15, 2020 to replace an old chair because I started working from home due to COVID. Within weeks the seat pad is down to nothing and I had to buy a Amazon memory foam pad to help out my rear. It would hurt after sitting for more then a couple hours, worse then sitting on a metal chair. Next the material on the arms is too rough and textured, I find my self with irritated elbows by the end of the day. Then it began making all kinds of noises here recently, squeaking and creaking noises. And now finally the chair height is lowering and now longer holds its position. I weigh 195 pounds NOT 500. Today, November 11, 2020 I am chairing shopping again. Total garbage product. PLEASE DO NOT BUY!!!

Bought this chair in March 2020. I enjoyed the chair, it served my purpose well, even though fit and finish could have been better. However, for the price paid, I was not going to complain.It is now Aug 2020, and the piston is failing and the trim in the arms is falling out. I have called the manufacturer # listed on the Amazon "get product support" link and all you get is the robo-voice. Two options, and either choice takes you back to the same greeting. I have no other way to deal with this problem.If the vendor or the manufacturer could call, I can edit this review happily.

Unfortunately this office chair was poorly made. I uploaded some pictures. One shows the rust on the gasket. One shows the right arm cutting into the lower seat. the left arm barley touched the seat. The back of the chair did not fit squarely on the seat of the chair. The right side was cockeyed. The width between the two arm rest was only 19 inches. The arm rest themselves are not comfortable at all. Very narrow. I was disappointed that I put this thing together and found all these flaws. Item returned the very next day.

When I started working from I home I didn't realize how long this would go on. I initially purchased a cute little plastic chair and after getting this chair I am actually mad that I didn't make this purchase sooner. It was easy to put together, it took me about 30 mins alone. But it is soooooo comfortable! It offers great support and I honestly notice less back pain. I was worried that the arms would prevent me from pushing the chair completely under my desk but it works perfectly. The arms allow me to rest my elbows while typing without continuous adjustments. The seat and back are wide and well cushioned. Both myself and my husband comfortablely sit in this chair. I feel like the chair is pretty sturdy. I have used it about 6 weeks and I haven't had to re-tighten any screws. I have boys and they like to use the arms to hold themselves up as I sit in the chair and I do notice a wobble when they do that. But I believe with normal use it there wouldn't be an issue.

I'm very happy with this chair so far and it's comfortable. I just got it so time will tell how well it holds up to daily use. It was easy to put together. Only took about 15/20 minutes to assemble.It has a decent amount of padding for the back and butt. The arms could have a bit more padding but they aren't uncomfortable.The height adjustment works well. The reclining is a bit stiff and difficult to do, but it might be because it's new. The wheels roll around with no problems.The fabric stitching is good. The fabric isn't as soft feeling as I thought it would be. It's a tiny bit on the scratchy side. It does seem to be decent quality though. It's not solid black but closer to a charcoal gray color.
