Quality solid wood, easy to assemble. Love the look, especially after staining. Perfect size for the living room. Unfinished, there is a bit of a seal to the top part of the table; would recommend a light sanding before staining to help absorb better. Overall, a great table for the price.

So we realized going into this that this isn’t high quality wood, BUT for the price, the weight, density, look, ability to be customized to whatever you want you absolutely cannot beat the price. We wiped the wood down, stained and then my husband put 2 coats of polyurethane and in no time we are enjoying it. Assembly was super easy. Nothing was broken or damaged on our set. The lower shelf had a little portion of the corner that was kind of pushed in but my husband sanded it and it looked fine. I looked for a while trying to find “the” coffee table and due to the price and ability to make it look how we wanted we chose this. We are more than pleased with this purchase.

I had seen other reviews on this square coffee table and I knew it was exactly what I was looking for! It is so heavy, well made, very solid. Its not one solid piece of wood straight from a tree, its man made composite, but very well done, super chunky which is what I was looking for. The best part is that its raw wood, so I stained the top and clear coated the entire thing after the stain was dry, love the look, love the lower shelf for pillows and throws or books, just a great piece for the money.

I ordered this coffee table after months of searching for one. It’s very sturdy and was easy to assemble. It came sanded smooth and ready to be finished. I liked that I could stain/paint it to match my other living room furniture and decor. It was also the perfect size to fit our sectional. I am very happy with how it turned out. Definitely a great buy!

Looks great I stained with hickory gel stain prestain treatment as well. Painted the legs white. Bottom shelf is a real pain to install without help. The wood is solid and easy to sand for preparation. I used a 220 grit and sanded by hand it's look great. Put a coat of lacquer after everything was done and I could probably sell this table for twice the amount.

When I decided to finally replace my mass-market-store-produced coffee table, I selected this. Solidly made, easily assembled (as one person I was able to put this together in 30 minutes), and looks good even unfinished. I got exactly what I paid for and love it. My most favorite lagomorph also likes having a coffee table where she can stretch out beneath the table cover - which means this is a winner for both members of my household.

Based on the reviews, I decided to take the gamble and couldn't be more pleased with this table. I do have some wood-working skills and factoring the time it would take to complete a similar table was definitely something I considered. It's very well made and extremely simple to assemble. For those of you that are questioning the price vs. the quality, you won't be disappointed. In summary, I would definitely purchase from this company again.

Solid wood and solid construction. It was sanded well and ready for stain. No complaints there. I stained it with an aged oak to match my wood floors, and then did a dirty pour resin top on it to make it truly unique. I get so many compliments on this coffee table and I find the quality great!

Very nice table. Didn’t even need to sand it before finished it. Smooth with no damage. I made it my own.
