Great compression for the price. Helped so much after (TLH to Abdominal Cut) w/ swelling & CO2 gas pains. I ordered size according to chart to accommadate my swelling- fit perfectly. Will probably order another 1 after Panniculectomy. I'm plus size (12/14 but after surgery I was more of a 18/20) - it will roll when sitting upright but that's expected considering it fits over the hips. No instructions came with it, but if u look at the pics- it's not rocket science. I like the 3pcs and the adjustability of the 2 outer pcs. It really holds the muscles together after c-sect/ab cut so you can cough, sneeze or laugh w/ minimum pain!! I wish I had this 20yrs ago when I had my 1st child. It doesn't get any better than this for triple protection at a low price. IT REALLY WORKS!!

I had a outpatient hysterectomy. The day i got home i relaized i needed my insides contained. Thankfully i have a corset with the bra attached. But that was not enough. So i ordered this. I had to put this in in stages as my surgery was 3 day before it arrived. Now that im a week and 2 day ls after my surgery i can put on all 3 pieces. You will have to figure out which piece to put on 1st for your specific comfort. I feel very supported.

this girddle is amazing and very high quality most of all it adjusts to your body through out postpartum stagesfor refrence i am 5’4 150 pre pregnancy weight howver throughtout pregnancy ive reached 210 pounds orderd a xl fast foward after giving birth i droped to 180 and this size fits great with room adjust as i slim down the compresion of this girdle is lovely it really helps support your back and everything you just feel put together and feel as if its actually tigthning all those muscles in your body back to where there suppouse to be . great product i reccomend

It fits well, I bought a 3x and I am a size 18-22 US. It holds you in nicely and gives a great hourglass shape. My only complaint/question is: How the heck do you wear it? I ended up just sort of wrapping it like the pictures because no instructions were included. If they sent directions it'd be a 5 star product for anyone with compression or waist training needs.

I purchased this to hold my stomach up and in for back support. It comes in three pieces. If your stomach is protruding, hanging, swollen this is not the trainer for you. I purchased a 3X. I couldn't get it around my stomach. It pops back open. It was cheap. So no need for me to send it back. I am just telling anyone that is a plus size woman. Do not waste your money on this product unless you are small. I give real reviews. This is made in China, the size is an 3X, what you see is what it looks like. A band aid that cannot fit around a a plus size woman with a protruding stomach.

I recently had an emergency appendectomy, and I suffer from chronic pain. I have other back supports, but this one I like because it is 3 separate pieces. Since I have a tendency to curl up when in pain, it makes everything hurt worse. This, however, helps me not to do that by giving ample posture support as well. It’s easy, Velcro closures make it my go to support when I need the extra lower abdomen support, tummy control, posture support, or all three (which is how I tend to wear it the most often). I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because it doesn’t come with any directions on what pieces go where. This may seem like common sense kind of stuff to some, but to me it was a little confusing at first. I believe it would help buyers to have instructions.

Does Not Have Much Stretch to it at All. The Panels Need to Be Wider in up & Down With to Cover the Stomach Completely Without Any Gaps. If Your Slim or Small Already This Would Be Good For You Bt an XL or Higher Find Something Else!
