HABA301257 My Very First Games - Hungry as a Bear - A Memory & Dexterity Game for Ages 2 and Up, German version

The one sent was a German version. Fortunately, this game is purely visual for toddlers/young children so the language wasn't really important so long as you could translate the instructions!

Bought for my 3 year olds birthday and he absolutely loves it, even plays on his own sometimes.

Das Spiel schenkten wir unserer Tochter zum 2.Geburtstag.Sie liebt dieses Spiel und den Ablauf hatte sie sehr schnell begriffen. Am Anfang reichte zwar die Geduld meistens noch nicht bis der Bär seinen Teller leer gegessen hatte, aber das macht nichts. Sie hat wirklich viel Spaß daran, das Bärchen mit dem Löffel zu füttern. Mittlerweile spielt sie mit uns aber schon mit dem Würfel und erkennt auch selbstständig, was als nächstes in Teddy's Mund wandern muss.Meiner Meinung nach ein pädagogisch wertvolles Spiel, welches zeitgleich auch die Feinmotorik prima schult.Das Spiel würde ich auch jederzeit als Geburtstagsgeschenk für ein 2 jähriges Kind in Betracht ziehen.

My grandson is only 19 months but I have started him playing board games already. I simplify the game, for now we are just experimenting setting up the bear with his hat and then putting the "food" on the "plate". We take turns putting the "food" in the bear's mouth. (I make a voice for the bear and he thanks my grandson for feeding him, my grandson likes that). My grandson is still at the stage of "tasting the dice". As he gets older and gains more understanding I will introduce the proper rules. Right now, we are having lots of fun just experimenting with all the aspects of the game.

Tal y como sea han comentado en otras reseñas se trata de un juego donde hay que alimentar a un oso. Para ello trae un dado que, dependiendo del modo en que se juegue (trae varias opciones de juego) nos indicate qué alimento darle.Se monta fácilmente utilizando la misma caja del juego, que servirá de base, y consiste en una cuchara, varias fichas de alimentos, un dado y el oso con dos aberturas (una para la gorra y otras para la boca). Todo es de cartón duro y parece resistente, aunque no inocuo a los dientecillos de los niños. Con respecto al tamaño la caja se puede transportar bien porque no es grande, aunque no se trata de un mazo de cartas.Mi hija tiene año y medio, al igual que con cualquier otro juego o juguete, no es capaz de seguir las normas ni de estar concentrada en alimentar al oso más de cinco minutos, pero sí que le gusta cuando nosotros lo hacemos y lo demanda bastante. ¡Hasta le ha puesto un nombre al osito!Lo recomiendo tanto para trabajar el uso de la cuchara como para repasar contenido en cualquier idioma en clase.
