My oh my where do I begin!?The pillow is supper comfortable, doesn't have any chemical smell and you can tell is premium level of memory foam. My favourite thing however is the cooling gel pad side. what an absolute genius idea and game changer for people like me who struggle with the pillow getting too warm. It's the perfect height and softness to support my neck and shoulders.12/10 product cannot recommend highly enough.The only con I can think of is the price as it's not the cheapest but for what it's worth my oh my it's well worth it and the other premium products in this category are priced higher and don't have the cooling gel so it's definitely a winner 🏆

Not usually a fan of memory foam because it tends to be too warm for me, but need supportive pillow due to neck problems, so I thought I'd give it a go since it has a cooling pad. And it's brilliant! The cooling works well. Very supportive. No smell. Just a great supportive pillow overall. Very impressed with the quality.

This is a quality product. Beware that this is a solid pillow. It certainly keeps your head at the same elevation all night. If you are expecting softness, this is not the pillow for you. If you want support, then this is fab.

Rock solid, very uncomfortable to sleep on. Had to return. It cools your face rather than your neck.

I’ve tried so many memory foam pillows..cheap and expensive and a variety of weird shapes with lots of claims that they will cure all my life’s problems.. this one is the best by a country mile..my search is over and yes it’s not cheap but I will be ordering a second one as back up/travel. The cooling pad inside certainly works but it’s not why I like it. It is firm but supportive and just the right thickness for me the ones that are shaped don’t support my neck enough this one is perfect. Your needs may be different to mine but this is worth a try if the shaped ones are not doing it for you.

Felt a bit too firm and like you were sleeping on a bit of rubber (not quite that bad). The cooling side was very nice and was effective, but it just wasn't comfortable. It was surprisingly heavy and yet thin. I returned it under the sleep trial with no issue.I've since tried the woolroom (pillows just sunk) and Simba hybrid and the latter "seem" to be working though I am likely to need to buy more filler for them (as I did with the woolroom pilows, which I've returned).

Thing is like a brick - so uncomfortable, disappointed because the cooling pillow i had before this was perfect & this one arrived & it's like lying on a slab of concrete.Memory foam does change shape (when you put alot of force into it) but as my head is not 50kg in weight it doesn't soften as I lie on it

You would still want a cool room, ideally around 18 degrees for the gel side to feel cool, but I like that the gel area is big enough to locate another area to move my head to whilst the previous cools back down. Also a good pillow thickness for side sleeping and back sleepers also, just takes a bit of getting used to. But I was also looking for a single pillow to take away at times, this is it.
