Q: I got this switch at work. However, the cord that goes from the telephone to the switcher is faulty. Does anyone how to replace that cord?

I haven't used this in some time, however wasn't this cord the standard phone cord or the smaller handset cord? Maybe I am remembering incorrectly.

Q: Does this switch audio and mic or just mic? I want the ability to have the mic only going to the computer while still listening to my phone call.

this switches both the mic and the audio between the computer and the phone so that you can use the same headset for both
