Very unique journal
The media could not be loaded. I have never seen such unique way of journaling, it will specially those who are always confused from where to start or how to start journaling(like me)Really loved the quality, it looks like a book❤️Will update a month later about how it helped me to cope up with my anxiety

This journal comes with so many self soothing quotes and a lot of prompts that seem really nice so far.I have just started writing in. Will probably update my review in a few weeks time for a detailed review about how long it lasts and whether it helped me. Definitely recommend buying it though.

Book
Just saw this today ugh. Everything is great except this. Book is amazing really helps with anxious thoughts. Just this book is for 400 and I can’t even replace it, since it has been more than 10 days my bad for seeing only front pages 😢.

This is simply the best diary you can get to work on your self!!
The entire series of Meera Lee Patel is just amazing!! I love using this journal to feel the joy of writing,being in the present and be guided by wonderful prompts n colorful designs!! Love it!!

Not exactly for calmness
For starting pages i feel it increases your anxiety because it continuously asking to write your fears(which you actually don't even think about) Anxiety about future uncertainty you don't want to think, this book makes you to write that dark area.

Book
Love how there’s uplifting quotes on every other page and how it asks to write down specific things on your mind. Some days you have lots to get out of your head and this helps you not feel so “jumbled” inside.

Great way for self help with anxiety
The media could not be loaded. I bought this book to help me through my anxiety. Very pleased with it and some great things in there, well worth the money. Just a shame it is a dirty marked book.

Bought an extra copy for my daughter
Thank you to Michael O’Mara Books and Love Books Tours for the opportunity to read and review this beautiful ‘self-help’ book.2020 has increased the anxiety levels of the majority of people, with increased health and financial worries due to the global pandemic. It is difficult to avoid ‘bad news’ on TV or the internet at the moment, but this book gives you time to reflect and recharge.In my work life, I work with young people, encouraging them to reflect on their past work and achievements and values before looking forward to their future. However, this is something I rarely do myself. However since this book arrived last week, I’ve been looking through it and taking time to think about the different ideas it suggests.The book is beautiful to look at, full of colour and quotes, with lots of activities to encourage you to think and reflect. I haven’t kept a personal diary or journal since my first pregnancy 18 years ago but I will be using this book in 2021 to see if I can reduce my anxiety levels. My 15 year old daughter has asked me to buy a copy for her too.

This book is the best!
This book is absolutely gorgeous. The images on the pages are vibrant and beautiful. The prompts are on point and great for encouraging you to process emotions and identifying things within and beyond personal control. I recommend this book to patients regularly, especially those who struggle with journaling.
