Shady software, lack of QC and junk PSUs
TLDR;-1 Star :: Quality control and each unit assembled differently-1 Star :: 2 out of 3 PSU have died in the first week-0.5 Star :: Shady software on the preinstalled windows -- PLEASE WIPE THIS SSD AND START FRESH!!!!!!! ---0.5 Star :: They really need to switch to the ASIC still PSUs that come with 10 6pins and are cleaner by design, you get a fat ATX PSU with this company and have 20 wires hanging around that you don't need and have to cable manage. So I have ordered 3 of these machines over the last 2 weeks. The first one was perfect and I was happy how easy it was to get up and running. I did see a review prior to buying it about shady software on the SSD that comes with windows on it. It appears to be a service based miner that runs in the background and probably farms coins for these people preying on novice miners. After receiving 2 more, I setup my 2nd one and it booted in to windows as normal, I restarted and used my USB to copy HiveOS over to the SSD and no matter what combination I would do, the machine would not boot with the SSD + USB. So I thought it was just my old USB and bought another, same issue, thought maybe it was the board, so I swapped the SSD to the other machine that was already running and the problem moved to the new machine. I ended up buying a USB to SATA connector as well as a SATA drive to get this thing running and its still like this today. Then 2 days later the PSU popped... So I used the PSU from the 3rd one that wasn't setup yet to keep this one running and ordered a 4th from a different company and set this one to return. So now down a PSU I had one from an ASIC miner so I stopped that machine and setup the 3rd one. While installing the GPUs I noticed the CPU breakout board was significantly bowed (no idea why I didn't take a picture of the board but I took a picture of why it was bowed, the rail they used didn't have the cpu heat sink cut out like the other rails). I removed this rail so that the board didn't look like a skate board ramp. Everything was fine until a week later (today) when I woke up to see a rig off line. The PSU fan wasn't spinning (these are ATX power supplies with jumped power pins so they don't turn off) so I unplugged it for a minute and then plugged in back in and everything seemed fine. By the time I got back upstairs it was off line again and the same problem, so now I have a 2nd broken PSU that runs for last than 2 minutes at a time.So here I am, deciding if I should just buy a PSU, order from the other brand which has June 2nd+ shipping now or buy another one of these which are now in stock and would arrive by saturday....... Perhaps building my own open air rigs would have been less of a headache in the end.UPDATE: I was annoyed by having a machine down and it going to take days for another PSU to come so I decided to do some testing on it and move it to another rig that only had 600w draw and it had the same issue. When I started to look at the PSU and "smell" it for signs of something wrong with it, I noticed that it literally had no stickers on it to show what it was and its ratings. I attached a screenshot of what the other ones look like, so who knows what this PSU is or its wattage. This is the sort of shady things this company does, you might get lucky or you might not.

Great Costumer Service!
Initially when delivered, it was malfunctioning and inoperable. I contacted the seller who assisted in trouble shooting. Found the issue and replaced the part within a week. Now working flawlessly. It should be known Windows 10 is not activated.

Unit is so loud and not all fans worked
The miner itself works fine. Mine came with 1 fan not working and a power supply that sounds like a really really loud hair dryer. Customer support sucks my recommendation is move on and get something better I know i will with my second one and so on.

Very good
Product was east to set up, flashed to hive os, fit my red dragon rx580 cards with lots of space. My power button wasn't attached and was labeled on motherboard, didn't use the off brand power supply, connected with server psu

Graphic Cards RTX do not fit due to it’s width
My graphic cards RTX 3060 do not fit in the rig so I can’t use it for mining for what I bought it
