dedicated support/camera durability
So i have recently left some negative input regarding system, and i believe they have addressed past complaints and also are helping me with any new ones. I will say the good thing about this system is the tech support/customer service, and more vital the cameras durability, out of most companies they will send you plastic cameras which do not last in the elements, xmarto's is a cast type metal and are very solid and work great under regular conditions, the nvr well its a nvr and works as it should. I have been talking back and forth with an associate named daniel and this guy dealt with my demanding nature with calmness and direction, in the end we came to agreement that works regarding a return. Good clarity
Stationary camera once installed and set. No rotation, no up and down. All the advertised features are excellent. My one complaint is the mounting. The Philips head screws are not good quality and easily striped so I recommend drilling pilot holes.A good method is to mount the camera on a small sturdy board and then mount the camera and board using small hexagonal lag screws which then makes it easy using a ratchet wrench to tighten.A good quality camera for the price.
