Make Your Own Living Trust & Avoid Probate

The book doesn't get to the point. Instead, it sells points to the reader that it makes more sense to have a trust than a will alone. That's a waste of time and stupid. I've already bought the freaking book on living trust; why do I need the author to waste my time trying to sell it to me again?It says within a few minutes, you can create a living trust. That might be so, somewhere else, but it sure isn't true with this book! I'm still suffering from unnecessary fluff and procrastinating on getting this done because the book is poorly written and obtuse.This was obviously written by a lawyer, and it give no confidence to the reader that they can do this! It says, you normally would, but people have argued, and courts have argued, and some have said, and others have said! Oh my GOD! Just tell me simply how to do it!I wish I could give 0 stars. Enodare has no customer service, no phone number and doesn't answer emails. The website is a sham with half the pages saying 'ipsum solarm', and accounts have haphazard access (meaning most of the time, you can't log in) to the digital forms. I really, really, really wish that I had refunded this waste of time and energy.

Having used enodares will book to create will for both my partner and I, I decided to progress to the creation of a living trust document. The creation of our trusts were straightforward, with easy to follow and understand explanations of each topics. We were able to download the forms or take them directly from the CD that accompanied the book. The forms work both in Microsoft Word and Open office which helped. Overall we saved a lot compared to using an attorney and fee very confident in using enodare products going forward.

Great living trust book - came complete with an update to reflect the estate tax changes in 2011 and downloadable forms for Windows and Mac. As a law professor I know the importance of keeping up to date with tax changes which can affect living trusts. This book is well structure and easy use!
