Easy and convenient measured for us!

The media could not be loaded. Per the directions, I mix one packet in a gallon jug of water, and I replace it in my sterilization jars weekly. 1 gallon will last me a little over a month. Please see my video.

Professionally

I’m in nail school and needed something at home to disinfect my implements. I bought this instead of barbicide because it specifically says it won’t cause rust. One pair of nippers and 2 pairs of nail clippers had to be thrown away because they came out of the solution with small rust spots. They were left in the solution for maybe 15 minutes MAX. It says in the description they can be left for hours without rusting….. My other implements are fine and did not get any rust. The ones that I had to throw away are older (one-two years old) so I don’t know if that had something to do with it? They weren’t rusted at all before I put them in the disinfectant. Either way I’m disappointed that I had to throw out my favorite nippers. On the positive side this stuff is very easy to mix up and if you get yourself a quart sized container you don’t need to do any measuring at all. Just pour in a packet and fill the jug with a quart of water. I’m going to continue using this disinfectant on the rest of my implements and see if it causes them to rust or not..
