Count how much paper is in the pack, be sure you got it all!!
I love the paper but am SERIOUSLY disappointed with customer service.I purchased 2 packs of the round Nara paper, each pack should have 10 sheets. One was fine, the other only had 6 sheets. I contacted the company and they were going to send a new pack to me. I've reached out twice and was told it's on its way but still have not received it. I really don't have time to keep messing around with it. Make sure you've gotten all 10 sheets in your pack!I love the paper itself, used with alcohol inks it works beautifully and does not stain. I would however, like to have what I paid for. If it changes I will update my review.
