Comfortable, high quality chair.
We received this chair in two packages, which made it easy to carry. It was simple to assemble, basically four pieces, plus the wiring for the the recliner and heat and massage. This chair is very comfortable with a lot of support and is very well made We probably are going to buy a second one.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE
A year and a half ago I bought this for my 80-year-old mom. About a month ago somehow her remote control stopped working. I contacted the company's customer service, and they immediately solved my issue by replacing it at no cost. They are very professional and care about their customers. My mom is again enjoying her chair. Thank you!!!

Mechanical misalignment
I purchased two chairs for a home remodel project. The price was great, and the complete purchase experience was 100% satisfactory. Everything arrived in excellent condition. The chair is very comfortable, and the fabric is of exceptional quality. Overall, the chair is solid and very sturdy.I encountered a problem with both chairs that required replacing the motor on one of them. The customer support team answered quickly and provided me with a replacement motor unit, which I installed without any issues.I did. However, I experienced the issue in both chairs. I discovered a mechanical problem with the mechanism that raises the leg support frame. As an engineer, I analyze more directly, focusing on the mechanical specifications. On the right side of the mechanical apparatus, when it is raised, the metal components bind at a single point. Both chairs behave similarly when operated. Using the raiser periodically caused one of my charts to fail. The issue was easily detected while you were sitting, and the UP bottom was engaged. A knocking sound is heard from the raisers bumping on the metal frame, which secures the unit to the wood frame. Please note that this only occurs when you are sitting in the chair and attempting to modify your seating position. If you raise or lower the chair without any objects in it, you won't experience the issue.Look at the attached Picture. The weight on "1`" lowers the frame and binds with the frame "2".

Internal wire cut itself and chair stopped working
Everything was going fine. Had it about 2 years with pretty minimal use since it wasn't going into a main seating room. Then one day while reclining, it stopped working. The power still worked, but the chair itself wouldn't recline at all. I thought maybe a cord was loose. So I checked the back of the chair to find out all of the cords you self assemble were in place, but instead an internal wire had cut itself. I'm thinking it was being rubbed against while the chair reclined, but due to the placement of the wire there's nothing I could've done about it even if I wanted to. It became a fire hazard at that point if the chair was plugged in so I had to get rid of the chair. All in all it lasted about as long as you'd think a power chair shipped in a box to your home would last, but I wouldn't purchase it again or recommend it. I gave it 2 stars because I did get some use out of it, but this is honestly a one star chair due to the issue.**UPDATE**Customer service was extremely helpful and professional upon hearing of my situation. They pinpointed the wire cut was part of the motor that reclines the chair and offered to send a replacement. Unfortunately I had already gotten rid of it so I wasn't able to capitalize on the offer. I will change my rating from 2 to 3 stars because someone out there may feel confident enough to replace the part. Also, the fact that 2 years out from purchase the company still attempted to remedy the issue was appreciated. However, I cannot go more than 3 stars due to the fact that the wire cutting itself shouldn't have happened at all.

Excellent Chair Good price
This chair arrived in 2 parts with in 1 day apart. My Grandson put it together in under 30 minuets. I have a perfect spot. It is so comfortable. Just right fabric. I would recommend this company and this chair. I am 5'6" tall it is perfect for my height and room to spare my legs don't hang over. I searched long hard read reviews. The reviews helped me select this chair in part. The price was important and and the building materials. So glad I Chose MCcomb. Very, very happy IT was put together. 2/14/2025. Valentine's Day.

Not happy
Recliner function worked for 4 months and then quit. Contacted the manufacturer and a new controller was sent but did not fix the problem. Chair has not worked for a month now and nothing resolved.
