These actually does work! I’ve started last week and would apply one packet per day. Before I even started, I used Sensodyne ProNamel for two weeks. I resume it during also. That’s reduce the sensitivity of teeth and gum during the whitening period.Open one packet and place those over your teeth and leave it on for 30 mins. Take it off and gently rub your teeth with a brush or towel to remove the gunks. Sound simple, right? But it don’t end there. It takes great discipline too. Another thing to keep in mind is that you cannot drink coffee or red wine or anything that can stain your teeth. Same with eating food that can stain your teeth as well. People assume you can whiten your teeth and drink coffee. It’s not ideal and pretty much pointless to whiten your teeth if you are going keep staining your teeth. During the whitening period, you have to avoid those. Believe me, it is torture for me to not to drink anything that could stain my teeth.The most complaints I’ve read is that teeth whitening does not work and I can only guess is the person does not leave it on up to 30 mins or does not use one strip per day. Or they could just continue drinking or eating food that can easily stain their teeth. Some results might come faster than others. You could be following these steps and get the results but slower than others. But I’ll say these actually works and I’m still whitening them at the moment. I do not always noticed the difference with my teeth early on, but I was told that they’re get noticeable whiten and I’m now seeing that too. I’ve been using these for years and keep coming back to them. Great quality and quantity. My teeth never are sensitive from using these, but I don’t use them daily and think that helps. I’ve used name brands before that hurt my teeth after one use and never had that issue with these. Highly recommend for a brighter smile!

My teeth were whitened two shades on the first treatment. I wish the strips stayed in place better, and the flavor wasn’t so bad that I couldn’t stand it but it wasn’t good either. For their purpose the strips are a great product. It only takes 30 minutes which is really good, and because I don’t have to hold a device or anything i can do other things while whitening my teeth.

I normally use name brand strips like crest and decided to try these out and honestly I was not disappointed. I wore the strips for 30 minutes as recommended in the instructions and I also used my UV teeth whitening light and I saw results in just ONE day. If you don’t have a UV light, the strips work just as great without it. I used them the next day without the light and I still saw noticeable improvement. This brand prides itself on its whitening capabilities and they delivered. Definitely worth my money!

The strips work pretty good for the price, it doesn’t leave a nasty after taste like others but it will leave a thick film on your teeth and in your mouth witch is tolerable

I've bought several packs of these whitening strips and have found that these work just as well as the name brand strips. The major difference with this product versus higher-cost products is that the part of the strip that attaches to the back of the teeth is shorter than other products. If you aren't that concerned about coverage for the back of the teeth or completely engulfing the back gums, this is the product for you!

The strips are well made. They are thicker than others and don't slip off your teeth. However, they only have 6% peroxide. (I called the company.) Others can have as much as10%. For the price, I think they are a good value even though they are not "Maximum Strength Whitening" as advertised. Also, they are easier on the gums. As a consequence, I wear them for more than the recommended 30 minutes. (I don't know that this improves their whitening performance.)
