Great for people new to training
A lot of the fundamentals are taught very well which are always worth reviewing but it also has quite a few pieces of information that would be more than a simple review for those more familiar with the field of strength training and jump training as well. You know its a good book when you can understand most of it but know you could get more from it if you gave it a second read. This would be a great book to read before diving in to some of Franz Bosch's work like Running: Biomechanics.

Book was excellent. Enjoyed the sample training routines at the end of the book. Had variations for the double leg and single leg jumpers as well. The big downside is that the book came in damaged along the spine of the book. I contacted Amazon about it immediately and no one contacted me at all.
