Q: are these good for running? flat footed person here....

These are best sellers for us. I have them in my running shoes and use them almost every day.

Q: I bought the green and black ones I have used for 4 yes now. I used them in soccer always and rolled my ankle pretty i wish they weren’t so slick!

They are slick,but you can prevent the sliding within the shoe by tying them differently and making sure the are snug from top to bottom of the lacing.

Q: are these ideal for basketball or high volume activity?
