I keep myself well stocked. Makes an awesome drink hot or cold. Good spice for mixing with other things for a create your own…When coffee hits my nerves too hard, this calms them down again. Or as an alternative. I love mine with honey. Sometimes I add cream or half n half.

This is my favourite flavor so far...since I tried sooooo many brands and flavors....it really works on soothing my tension, distress my mind, I mostly have 2 or more bags every day afternoon till sleep.

This plus one bag of Egyptian licorice is literally my favorite tea in the world.Try it, you won't be dissapointed. By itself, it does have a stronger lavender taste, which some people don't like, just FYI

This is my second multi box purchase of the Yogi calming tea.I can say without any hesitation that the batch/boxes I received is high suspect in quality or true origin. It is not the Yogi 'Calming' tea flavor that my palette had gotten used to through hundreds of bags.It is not only weak, but it doesn't have all of the base notes (flavors & aroma) that I am familiar with. Even the font & quote on each bags tassel is vastly different to the countless bags that I used before.I'll start buying single boxes from the grocery store again.😕
