The first thing I would tell anyone considering this tool is don't think this will replace a gas chainsaw.This tool also won't make the smoothest of cuts. I own a 12 and 14 inch electric chainsaw and none of them create a smooth cut because the rpms are not as high as a gas powered unit. I would not suggest using any battery powered chainsaw for doing delicate pruning.This saw is ideal for awkward or hard to reach cuts that would be impossible or extremely dangerous with a heavy gas powered unit. It also is great for clearing out vines and brush. It's lightweight design makes it invaluable in the right situations.The biggest option this saw has over similar saws is the built in lubricating oil reservoir. Other models have no option for lubricating the chain except though droppers or using sprays. This has a small reservoir for holding bar and chain oil. Once filled, all you need to do is push the bulb a few times to release some oil. The other big plus is that the oil does not leak out while in storage. I have stored mine for a month and the case is oil free. Every chainsaw I own slowly drips oil if the bar/chain reservoir is full.I recommend this product for general yard cleanup and as a supplemental saw to a regular chainsaw.I did have the chain tightener screw crack the holder. I contacted the seller and they were apologetic and sent a replacement part right away. It took about 20 days since the part shipped from China but they did a great job to fix the problem.

I bought one for me & one for my son-in-law. I like mine but he LOVES his. He said I could not have given him a better Christmas present. Now his problem is he wants to cut everything down at my daughter's house.I truly like that it is made to put the oil in it & then mash the button on top to dispense the oil. Most of these mini chainsaws do not have that feature. Also the handle you can attach helps with holding the chainsaw steady. I looked for several months before deciding on this brand & I am glad I did. GREAT PRODUCT.

I’ve only used it a handful of times. It works very well so far. I really like that it actually has an oil reservoir. I wish there were lights on the batteries to indicate when they are charged. Not a deal breaker though. I believe it was a good value since it has 2 extra chains, 2 batteries & hard plastic ic case that everything actually fits in.

It arrived yesterday and it is already package to be returned today. It started out fine but stopped working within an hour. The 'safety' lock did not work consistently so the saw would run (even with safety button on) but then it just stopped working altogether. I presume the problem is with the starter which caused the uncertainty of the 'safety button' and then defaulted to 'off'. In any event I don't need a temper mental cordless chainsaw so am returning it and will spend a bit more money to buy a reputable brand such as Milwaukee. Do NOT buy this .....my experience was consistent to many of the reviewers who gave it 1 star. But i decided to gamble and bought it anyway. This chainsaw has some nice features and reasonable (not great) quality; but it is unreliable and a piece of junk.

I used this little workhorse for the first time this morning, and in twenty minutes had a load of small trees and branches cut that will fill my 4ft x 8ft trailer about 4ft deep. It works like scissors through silk. It's lightweight enough that using it one-handed is not a strain, it cuts easily, the chain is easy to adjust, and the safety guard is a plus. So far, I'm happy with the way the product works, and it has the potential to save me a LOT of work and effort.BUT----the instruction manual is the absolute worst Chinese to English translation manual I've ever seen.If you buy this little chainsaw, you'd better already have some knowledge of how they work, or know somebody who does. This chainsaw has an oil compartment with a screw-on cap, and a clear soft plastic indicator that also serves as a finger-pressed pump to deliver oil to the chain. There's not a single word in the instruction manual that even mentions this feature is there, much less what type of oil to use, how often to press the oil dispenser, nothing. Some of the instructions are just complete nonsense strings of words. And a word about the warranty: three months is fine, but it's apparently void unless you fill in the warranty card. There's a little form on the back page of the book that I'm guessing is supposed to be one, but it says "User Save (Clear Save this)" , and the instructions under that literally say, "7 Open machine buyers note: after the net machine 3: distribution units to cover the hall for the effective, alteration degree, the loss of laughter." I'm not making this up; this is exactly how this reads. There are places to enter the product model, number, date of purchase and your name and contact number, but it probably doesn't matter, since there is no address or contact information to send it to anyway if there's a problem.I'll update this review in three months on how the chainsaw is performing.

This is a fantastic little saw ,, I have trimmed several trees with no problems. I cut limbs up to 6” in diameter.Very happy with this small saw

Chain loosens every time used

Love it! Very easy (“blonde ~friendly”) to operate. Battery last just right amount of time before I get tired 🤣 Highly recommend!
