Works great, lasts long, easy to use.
I bought this after seeing the review on "Vacuum Wars"What have I tried before-Bissell Plugin-Dyson Plugin-Milwaukee Battery Shop Vac-Craftsman Big Shop VacWhat I needed it for:-Hardwood floors (Wax finished)-Rugs medium pile and small rugs in the kitchen-Hair (5 Girls with long hair)-Keeping the floor clean daily due to young toddler and baby making a mess and picking up everythingWhat I didn't expect to use it for, but it works great:-Stairs-Vehicle cleaning-Furniture-Thick shag CarpetPros:-Suction amazing suction, and you can turn it down or up I rarely turn it up. A good example would be trying to use the crevasse tool to clean a hard-to-reach area.-Battery life (I own all Milwaukee M18 Batteries so I have high expectations) works great has never died while daily vacuuming my 500 sq ft area around furniture between three rooms (Kitchen, Dining, Livingroom) including rugs.-Ease to clean filters, and hair removal assist with a channel on the brush-Very well made-Lightweight-Easy to figure out, no need to reference the manual over and overCons: (Nothing would make me not highly suggest this Vacuum)-Location of the power switch, makes sense since the wand is removable, but I think people would prefer it near your operating hand (it is a good trade-off though since the wand is very useful)-I'm not sure if you are supposed to rinse out the rubbish bin, but I did and it seems like there is an area that I can not clean behind the intake channel. However, I will point out that this has a better and easier to clean filtering system than the DysonI will update later with more observations when I've had it for a few months.

Easy to use, awesome power
Purchased the lupe a little over 2 weeks ago. It was very easy to assemble, i didn't use the instructions, very intuitive. Charged right up, goes from hardwood to area rugs without pushing any buttons. Cleans magnificently on low, did my whole house! 1000 sq ft.. so glad I Purchased it! Roller and brush easily accessible to clean and comes clean easily too! Maneuvers nicely, handles well under furniture. I really like this vacuum. Its solidly built & the battery lasts a long time.

After 1 year of use...
I've had this vacuum for over a year. The battery no longer works, and the handle will not click into place. It's ok, lightweight, cordless vacuum. It is NOT worth the price in my opinion. The suction is great, if you're pushing it over a hard, even surface. If there are cracks, nooks, or texture of any kind, the suction is terrible. It also does not get anything close to the wall. I don't even bother to use it on my entry rugs or any tight spaces where the vacuum would sit half on carpet, half on wood floor. It picks up nothing. The handheld setup is a joke. I could suck up more dirt just by breathing. Even on the highest setting, I can easily see dirt left behind.Hair gets caught up in the rollers easily, and it can be difficult to take out to clean. (Typical for most vacuums)I purchased this vacuum so that I could quickly and easily vacuum all my floors. It did NOT meet my expectations.

So disappointed! Don’t waste your money.
Based on reviews, we purchased this vacuum Sept 2021 and although the suction was decent (the only redeeming quality about this machine), everything else is incredibly awkward. The tools connect to the flex hose which is fairly short will pull the vacuum over with little effort. For $600, I’m not impressed; I’m truly disappointed. This vacuum stays docked in our garage and rarely gets used…it may have been used 20 times since we purchased it a year ago. A few days ago I grabbed it for a quick cleaning on our hardwoods and it was completely dead. I relocated it to another outlet to recharge and still nothing. The battery is completely useless and without the battery, you have no vacuum. And when I ask to return it was told it’s out of date window to return it but they would warranty it IF I SENT IN VIDEO of the issue. Don’t do it. Save yourself a heap of frustration and avoid this vacuum.

Best vacuum ever!
I purchased this after doing some research online since I have purchased at least two other vacuums lower priced options in the last few years which didn't hold up to expectations. I decided to go with Lupe instead of anywhere high end brand based on the features, such as the portability and expanding the handle to reach certain areas of the home. What blew be away is the suction power. I have an area rug that I vacuumed at least every other day and I was amazed at the amount of dirt that Lupe pulled out of the rug that my old vacuum obviously wasn't getting. If you're on the fence don't even think about it anymore. If you're thinking about a mid-priced product you're probably better off saving your money until you can buy this one or just do it anyway if you can afford to. I use the high speed on the rig to get the dirt and dust. For wood and tile floors, the regular speed works perfectly and no need to keep passing over and over for missed dirt like you may have on another brand. Spend the money, get the Lupe.

Great vacuum
I like this vacuum a lot. I’ve had tons of stick cordless vacs and although I’ve liked a few they all just died in a year and I was tired of it. I decided to pay the higher price in the hopes I would get better quality and be able to quickly use the attachments for my sofa and other things. Unfortunately that’s not entirely the case. It’s got great suction and gets up plenty but it still can’t compete with a dyson plug in. To use the attachments is heavier than I would like and annoying however completely possible although I don’t use it. And unfortunately it’s and overall heavy vacuum. I have had no issues with it and I’ve had it for almost a year now. So time will tell all in all I’m not sure it’s worth the money but I don’t hate it.

I don't know why these are not more popular.
We have owned many vacuums (numatic, we're on our 3rd dyson), and so far this is by far our favourite. It's easy to empty, and it's the best dusting vacuum I've ever used. We primarily use the hose with the brush attachments, and its light weight and swappable batteries makes it a breeze to clean. I do recommend getting a second battery so you can always keep one charged, though they are expensive.

Cleaning power I didn’t expect
Got this yesterday, we had a Miele 2kw vacuum for many years. A body part broke that couldn’t be fixed. So I was going to buy the same again but the power had been reduced to 800w So eventually after much searching went for this. It came yesterday. I had vacuumed with the Miele the day before, it still worked well but as I said it was broken. When I used the Lupe to test it I wasn’t expecting much as the Miele was so good. To be honest even as I was using it I wasn’t sure it was doing much either. But after cleaning one carpet I emptied the bin. What a shock, so much dust and hair had been picked up, from what I thought was a clean carpet. A bit embarrassing really. So after one days use I can say it was better then a Miele, much better. Easier to use and lighter. It is expensive yes, but after worrying if it was going to be any good for that price. I feel it has exceeded my expectations by some margin. It feels well made and robust, weather it is we shall see. But on one days use I can recommend it to anyone. If you have the money of course.

The BEST that there were was thus FAR!
I was hesitant on buying this, but after watching Vacuum Wars' review of it, and knowing that the founders of LUPE came from Shark/Dyson, I was delighted to (albeit the rather steep price) see how powerful the suction on this vacuum is, even more so with the Shark's duoclean head and the Dyson's soft roller fluffy head which is switchable for its normal torque head.

Great product, too expensive
Pros: design is good, powerful suction especially if put on the + mode. I use almost daily and have for a 15 months. It’s very lightweight and easy to manoeuvre.Cons: price tag it’s a very expensive cordless vacuum. My brush has run it’s course and I need to replace, reasonable at £9.99 however £5 p&p!!! I also added in the little screw holder as it feels as though that gets worn too. This again very reasonable at £1.98 but it puts the p&p up to £9.98!!!!!I probably would opt for something cheaper if buying again but overall I’m happy. This is an honest review from a mum trying to keep the house straight!

Incredible product
Just simply incredible, my only criticism is battery life. Barely get 1-2 rooms done on max power, however does fine if you’re not using max, does my 2 bed flat just fine on low-mid power. Worth getting a second battery if you have a bigger place and want to vacuum on high power
