One the hooks broke off and I can't screw it back on. So I can't even use it.

Can't hold weight
This coat rack is a disappointment. I've only had it for a few months and it's breaking apart in two places. Can't handle much weight without tilting. Wish I could return it.

Does the job but shaky and falls over
The premise is good, but the base is too narrow and not weighted enough to balance several winter coats. (Or even one unless there is a 2nd coat to counterbalance it on the other side) a coat rack should be able to hold 1 coat without falling over, this one won't without a 2nd to balance it out. Even then the whole tree is unstable when any weight is put on it.
