Capricorn - Australian Soft Delicious Raspberry Liquorice (200g / oz)

Ran across this brand while traveling in Australia, and as a devoted fan of Raspberry liquorice and having tried lots of brands in Europe and other Aussie brands while I was there and in NZ, I have found this to be the world's absolute best. The Aussies take their lollies seriously!!. While I like the US brand Twizzlers, it tends to be much harder in texture and continues to harden as it ages. Capricorn is soft and chewy, will nearly melt in your mouth to be enjoyed for several lucious minutes( if you can last that long!!) and stays soft for some time. I have just finished my last pack of raspberry and my husband his black licorice, which he also says is the best ever, that we brought back to the US with us. I find the price listed here as rather daunting, We paid approx $2 per prox 7 oz (275 gr) package in AU and NZ in their versions of dollar stores, and yes, I know it needs to be shipped to the other side of the world! But at 8 times the price?? I'm not jumping on the bandwagon, nor I am saying its not worth it, just that I shall continue to look for it, in bulk if need be, to get it at a much more reasonable price. But if you ever get to try it, DO!! Absolutely yummy!
