Q: It will be fit two American Guinea Pigs?

Absolutely not. Guinea pigs do not need nor should they have multi-level cages because of falling. They have one similar to this with just one level that would be better for one single piggy. But you should also have one of those very inexpensive fold up playpens they're like 20 bucks because this is still not enough room for a guinea pig to run around and jump which they do like to do. These sellers should not be advertising them as multipet or cats or guinea pigs or rabbits. Also by the way this exact cage, exactly! Is 140 on the Walmart site

Q: If we were to use this for Guinea Pigs, could we take the removable tray and use it in the cage itself to protect feet and legs?

I think a better idea is to use a carpet pad that you can buy at a hardware/building supply store on the bottom of the cage. I use that for a rabbit, however, she is litter box trained so does not waste on the carpet pad. I'm not sure if a guinea pig can be trained the same. The trays are plastic and slippery which may be a difficult surface for the pigs to maneuver.
