poor quality and heavy
no slow down mode really hard to steer. Impossible to use around house as controls are rubbish and won't go straight feel ripped off didn't realise it was coming from China , Feels like something you would get from Wish

Talking with controller
The wheelchair is very good to going to places with ease downside is everytime you move the controls it talks to you in china because it came from China. If you could turn off the china voice controls to complete silence or to English would be lovely. It is embarrassing when you move the controls that it is talking to you and people think I’m saying something to them. I wish I could turn mine off.

Excellent value for money
Comfortable powered wheelchair that can also be made manual by push of a button. Lightweight easy to fold and fit in car boot . Also not bulky easy to get around house and narrow areas. It has given me a new lease of life.
