The Hario V60 Drip Coffee Scale is perfect for pour-over coffee! However, I often forget to turn it off, and the timer keeps running for hours, draining the battery. A tip: if the touch is unresponsive and requires extra pressure, it’s a sign the battery is low. Overall, great scale, just needs a reminder to turn it off!

it failed within a year
it failed within a year. Yes I changed the batteries. It never received significant amount of water, and even if it did I expect a kitchen tool to have some water resistance.
