I bought this flashlight to direct traffic at a high school event. I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality, how well it worked, and the value for the money. the LED red lights are very easy for drivers to see, and I also like the built in flashlight mode.My only gripe is that it would be nice if the flashlight feature was a bit brighter. But overall, I'm very happy with this product.

This flashing red wand on top of a small tech flashlight works very well. I am a bike rider who often rides in the dark. I am able to stick this flashing red wand into the back of my cycling jersey and have a super flashing tail light when I ride on the street. One of the best things about it is that I can take it on any of my bicycles, so I don't have to buy one for every bike. If you just want this to keep in your car for safety purposes it would work very well. A nice fringe benefit is that there is a clear tip on the wand so that you can still use it as a flashlight, too. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that there were no directions with it. I am 76 years old and don't mind a little help. I was able to figure out how to put the batteries in. Lastly, I wish it remembered the last phase I used. I hate to have to cycle through each time I turn it on.

I received my 16.5 inch traffic baton flashlight and put it to work immediately. Unfortunately for me it rained very bad for about 2 hours as I was directing traffic. This light was in the flashing red mode during the storm. It is very visible in low light and rain situations. Its construction of plastic makes it easy to hold and swing around and is waterproof. I love it and have used it quite a bit lately.
