The product worked great. It takes a little practice and patience Don't try to hurry the job, as you end up wasting product. In addition.to insulating my floor, it made the floor stronger. I would definitely use this product throughout a new house construction. The most important part of using this product is follow exactly the temperature requirements, plan out your work before starting, possibly walk through your straying route before actually using it, make sure to cover completely things you don't want sprayed- cleanup of over spray is a huge pain. I ended up purchasing 4 of the 620 foam kit, spraying under my deck converted to a floor, sprayed all wall cavities prior to installing rock wool insulation the wall cavities--this made a huge difference in sealing the construction envelop. I did the same to my basement. Originally I was going to have my new floor professionally foamed, yet ended up foaming it myself. I discovered that 2 inches of spray foam provides the optimal R-value--more provides only slight increase in R-value and really is a waste. I would have loved to have sprayed my floor to a depth of 6 inches only because when this product dries, it is rock solid thus increasing the structural integrity of the building. I would certainly buy this product again--it has made a tremendous difference in saving fuel oil. This winter will be the real test.

I have used Tiger foam kit before (restricted in CA) Using this gun (Dupont) turned out to be a nightmare, made sure product was heated up to 85 degrees. shook both 50lb bottles, 1) Nozzles clogged within 3 seconds (there gone) 2) Then after about two nozzles the new ones would not lock into the top latch without alot of cleaning of gun., I am guessing they gave about 15 nozzles, went thru them. I now have 40lbs of product and have to spend $68.00 to buy more tips. Toward the last of the tips the product would not setup as fast and worked better, but it was to late after no more tips, Kept waiting for Tiger foam to get approved product for CA. Not to happy

I highly doubt it covers 600 sqft. It covered about 200 at 1inch to 2 inch.
