Perfect for portrait shots, Reels!
This mount is perfect for vertical video shots, Reels. Quality is as good as original Gopro mount. It's very sturdy, definitely you shouldn't go for this.

Not Sturdy
It just turns the camera vertical. Issues are1) The mounting plastic is not of good quality which does not give enough friction to keep the camera in desired position despite tightening to the max.2) Reaching the MODE button is very difficult as the plastic hole is too deep and narrow for a human finger.I do not recommend it.

It's Perfect
It's good for instagram video and it fits my Hero 7 silver, but it is not from Action Pro.. Actually its Gopole product Action Pro just putting it's sticker. But Gopole is better than action pro.. So you can go for it...

Only good for using vertical content
It is only good for shooting vertical content in 9 x 16 ratio footage and the fitting is bit loose. So water can go inside your GoPro. It happened with me fitting is not that great so it should be used very carefully in water. over all fine to use only for vertical content creation. Also mode button won’t be accessible after putting gopro in this case.
