These do not fit a 12x12 pillow. It looks like they may be cut 12x12, but after they are sewed they are only about 11x11

Pros: We ordered custom pillow cases for our sleepover business. The pillow cases were amazing quality and pictures were extremely clear. We had shipping issues but seller was more than willing to work with us and ensure we received our product. After product arrived and everything looked ok for us the seller refunded our expedited shipping rate since it was a week later than the promised shipping date. Overall we would order from them again 100%, but would just plan to order a month in advance as it did take 20 days to be delivered overall.Cons: We chose expedited shipping. The shipping did not arrive on time and was 7 days late, but that isn’t the sellers fault necessarily. They worked well with us to make sure we got our product, was happy with it and our money was refunded for the expedited shipping rate quickly.Overall Pros outweigh the Cons. They did a very good job of taking care of us as customers. I just recommend they use a different shipper in the future!
