Q: Where does the cell phone and iPhone fit?

Two wooden cell phone holders are included and can be placed anywhere you choose on the horizontal slots.

Q: What is the load capacity for the larger piece surface?

Not 100% sure but ours has 27 inch monitor about 10-15 lbs. There was a good Utube video where the gentleman puts it together and explains weight bearing details.

Q: iMac--Will it support a 24 inch iMac on the TOP shelf specifically and does it feel sturdy?

It will support (as it won’t fall apart) because of the sturdiness, however it depends on high the top shelf you put it and how much other distributed weight is placed on the middle shelf - as it CAN wobble. I’d keep the top shelf no higher than 3rd slot to be safe

Q: Can the top shelf support dual monitors?

I believe it is durable enough to support dual monitors, however, depending on how big they are, they may or may not fit comfortably.
