Great quality
I am very happy with the quality and size of this insulated bag. It holds the perfect amount of drinks and food along with the freezer ice packs. It seems to keep everything cold.

Spacious and sturdy
I used it at Disney World. I put about 8 frozen bottles of water and 6 non-frozen bottles of water. The bag didn't break and tear and kept the drinks cold. Of course in the hot Florida sun the ice melted by after 10 hours I still had partially frozen bottles of water which is what I wanted and some cold drinks which is what I was going for.

Exactly what I was looking for!
Perfect size for what I wanted! Looks good, works good. Only thing I would change is small pocket on outside front-wish it was a little bigger and either had a zipper or Velcro.

Thick, sturdy quality
Does the job, much better quality than what was available in grocery store. Thick and keeps food insulated for travel/beach!

Inaccurate written description
This is much small than in the written description. It is not 20 inches wide, it is 12 inches wide at the bottom. I does show fairly accurate dimensions if you scroll much further down. Unfortunately, I do not have time to return and order something else before I need it, so now I am off to a store I wanted to avoid. If this size is ok for you. It does seem to be almost what I was looking for.

Love it!
I got this bag for my many short road trips. Taking an ice chest is bulky and heavy . This bag is easy to carry and travel with. Kept my drinks cold all day with not much ice. Perfect for ladies!
