Awesome In Depth OEM Type Scan Tool with Bi-Directional (Actuator Control) Controls
For a while I was looking for more than just a generic OBDII code reader. I have purchased multiple wired units, then moved to the wireless wifi and bluetooth units. I've had the cheap ELM units, the blue driver and more. This by far exceeds them all at such a great price point too. This is the one to purchase yall if ur looking to connect for vehicles 1996 and onwards. It even beats the scan tool I paid about $500, the Actrn 31403 unit by miles because of the Manufacture Specific Code Readability and mainly the ability to have real Bi-Directional Controls. Ran a DPF Regen on a 2013 Cummins, controlled door lock/unlock as well as ABS Pump Actuation and EVAP system Controls on a 2016 Honda CRV, it helped with actuating transmission solenoids on VW/Audi/Honda/Mazda, it can disable/reenable the Fuel Pump as well as Control EVAP Purge (duty cycle control) Shut Off individual cylinder ignition firing for in for a 2000-2004 Nissan X with a distributor (think about it, it doesnt have individual coil packs), and more...The customer service is great as well, they helped me with every question I had in regards to the A30.

This is literally the best diagnostic scan tool to buy on Amazon!!!
This is literally the best diagnostic scanner when you factor everything that you get. The price, the quality, it's bidirectional! Other devices offer some of these services but only for a year then u have to pay every year after. Every service function with the Xtool Anyscan is NEVER a extra charge. Customer service is great as well. I HIGHLY recommend!

Easy to use and works flawlessly
Scanner is easy to use and works as advertised. Anyscan software is not cluttered nor clunky to use. It has a very clean interface. Tried on 3 different vehicles so far: a Ford Flex, Nissan Versa Note and a Dodge Journey. The scanner works flawless and reads each system and individual modules. Scanner has limited special functions but makes up for it in diagnosing systems and modules. I had a problem in pulling up the pdf reports within the software and Xtool store was prompt in replying to my question. Works as well as other more expensive scanners. 5 🌟

It seems like some sort of a scam
Why does it need access to my contacts? and photos, and files???I denied access and it worked for a while. Then froze, asked to be re-installed, claimed my tablet had insufficient memory, so I deleted almost all my apps. Finally, it installed, but doesn't function.Maybe it got hacked, maybe I got hacked? Maybe it's just more Junk from overseas??

Very Cool Device For a Fraction of the Cost of Pro Scanners
As a DIYer, I've been wanting a scanner that does more than the run of the mill OBD2 scanners. Snap-ons and Ancels are way too expensive for a shadetree, like me. Even the $500 bi-directionals are a bit too much for the couple of cars I have. Not to mention the subscription costs for those.I tested it out in my 2007 Chevy Trailblazer. It connected to the bluetooth on my phone (Google Pixel 5) quickly. Unlike the cheapo BT scanners that you use with Torque. The amount of information that is provided can be overwhelming. I played with actuators, watched live data streams, etc. There has been a TPMS light on for a long time. We had it checked out and the shop said it was the Left Rear tire, and the scanner said it was the Left Front. The sensors have been changed and I think the shop who did it just programmed the left rear and the front.I haven't been able to print the report. It doesn't show any saved reports in the Diagnostic Reports section, even though I scanned the car twice.I have yet to try it on my 2005 Chrysler Town and Country or my 2000 Jeep Cherokee XJ. I don't have any high hopes on the XJ past basic OBD2 code reader functions (no bi-directional). Chrysler was really weird about giving up the codes and programming for anything under 2005. If it does work, then great! If not, I still have an old Snap-On red brick that'll talk to and play nice with the Jeep.I'll update when I've tested the other cars.
