Q: Does this actually fit the k-supreme? Or is this like every other reusable pod I've tried where the lid of the machine doesn't close with this in it?

Yes it actually fits the k-supreme. You’re filling it too full of coffee. I use one level scoop and I also use filters. If you want stronger coffee use less water. The lid on my machine always closes. I’ve used different styles of reusable coffee Kcup’s and they have all easily closed. Don’t cram it so full.
