The dimensions given are correct (although ignore the mention of Expandable - it isn't!). You'd have to be well under 5'7 to pull it comfortably with the handle fully extended. But the main issue is the bag. It's about the size of a standard cloth bag and the material is thin, giving the impression it won't last. The only closing mechanism is a plastic popper that surely won't withstand regular use, and when closed, it's still open to the elements.Bottom line is, why would you need a trolley for such a small and flimsy bag? And how on earth is such a product worth £30?

The write up says a discreet, foldable QUIET bag/trolley. What it actually is is a bag fixed to a solid trolley frame with extremely noisy wheels! The wheels only fold up when the bag folds so if you wanted to use it as a bag not a trolley your walking round with wheels and plastic stands visible. On the plus side it is light and the bag does have a zip. Not sure if its waterproof yet but heres hoping. Not sure whether it's worth the price tag as it's a bit cumbersome as a bag and very noisy as a trolley.

Too small quality is quite poor inside lining is starting to rip zip is temperamental have to be careful what you put in shopper as zip can peal apart for the price poor quality only upside folds nicely 😩
