While the features are great and easy to operate, the sound quality is horrible. Even with the volume on full, I could not hear any better. I never wear this, it would be pointless. There are many low-cost hearing amplifiers on the market, that are much better. Do not waste your money on this one. I have gone through many amplifiers and this is one of the worst on the market.

This hearing aid actually works pretty well. I'm glad I went with this one. I have difficulty hearing people in everyday conversation, but with this hearing aid on, I hear people loud and clear. I'm only using one in my right ear, but I'll probably buy a second one so I have one for both ears. It's not really necessary though. Works well with just one!

Not strong enough. But good for tv.

They work well for my boyfriend's hearing loss. The batteries don't last an entire day before dying and the little rubber ends sometimes come off and get stuck in the ear.

Bough for someone who is hard hearing and did not work, it makes all the ambient noises super loud, drives anyone insane .

I am SO excited. This hearing amplifier is the best so far out of the many I've ordered through Amazon.It doesn't keep falling out of your ear; it fits snugly. The sound is so, so clear. I can hear clearly now. I did not know how bad my hearing had become; this unit demonstrated to me that I had significant hearing loss, not only in my left ear (60% loss) which I knew, but also that my right ear, which I depend on, has lost a lot of hearing as well.I recommend this device to all with hearing loss who are looking for comfort, clarity, and a snug fit. Good job to the persons who invented this amplifier, it is the best.
