A well-thought-out communication guide for anyone in sales.
"Objections Handled" is a book of simple scripts, examples, warm values and ideas about what makes a person successful in network marketing. It takes the mystery out of communicating successfully with other people.Feeling a person's true intentions...we do this well.I've tried "network marketing" several times in the past but the idea that I might "gain" something from someone else get's in my way.What's odd is that I've worked in retail sales before. The ONLY way I could do this was to ask questions...focus on helping the potential buyer. This is the only mind-set that worked for me.What I love about this book is it's encouragement to face our fears. It stresses the importance of being real and honest in our communications.It brings together many different ideas, a Power Prospecting Formula and a new fresh way to look at the entire industry of "Direct Selling" aka "Network Marketing".

an excellent guide
Being deaf, I can't hear the CDs that everyone else can use as part of their learning. So I gotta read books and some of them take a long time to be read.Not so with this one. I found it to be jam packed with info, some I knew a little of but it was brilliant to actually see some decent sized conversation scripts.This book is what I have been missing - and believe me, am starving for. (Hint to the author!) I want to actually read conversational scripts from start to finish so I can comprehend how to control a conversation. Even if it comes to a dead end, I can watch n learn with words on paper how it all works.Why did I buy this book (and several others)?After a team training session a month ago about handling objections, I found myself getting really upset with my fear of objections and to be honest, had a little freak out. Then a head trip. Then a sulk-fest. But with that freak out came anger and determination to push through this fear so I can make my network marketing business a success.Yes I'm still lacking courage but with this book I know I have an excellent tool to teach myself how to deal with objections and learn the psychology behind them. This in turn will increase my emotional intelligence and therefore will help me remove my fear.After all, knowledge is power
