Bought my 1st one almost a year ago. I like the idea that it looks like a regular phone case and not a wallet. Every time I get my credit card out to pay or show my ID, people always complement me on my case. I admit, I’m really hard on phones so I have to have a good case. After sooo many drops, falls, and grandkids, one of the hinges to the wallet section cracked, but the case itself is very much functional & protects. I placed a strip of tape on the back to keep closed and simply ordered another one because I know it works and my phone remains damage free because of it.

My husband loves the phone case. He does not like carrying his wallet so this holds his basics, ID, three credit cards, and some cash. It usually lasts him a year or so, then the hinge starts to break. He has superglued it before to make it last a little longer. The black paint/coating does rub off over time, but he is hard on his phone. I'm sure we'll keep buying this for him since it's the only one he likes. We have purchased several of them over the last several years.

I've had this cell phone case for five hours and if anything ever happened to it I'd--No, but really I'm obsessed.I am EXTREMELY picky about my phone cases. They have to be PERFECT and I have a lot of concerns I need to take into account.1. I am clumsy. Not in a "cute uwu Jessica Day" kind of way, but in a "my husband covers his junk when I climb out of bed so he doesn't catch a stray elbow" kind of way. For years, I only used otterboxes because I didn't really trust anything else to protect my phone from the sheer abuse belonging to me entails. My phone cases need to be sturdy. They need to take a pounding.2. My hands are messed up. I have a LOT of hand pain I deal with, and unfortunately choosing the smallest iPhone hasn't helped matters even though I have tiny hands. Using my cell phone can be really painful sometimes.3. I have sensory processing concerns and my phone case needs to /feel/ good. I can't really get more specific than that.4. ADHD. I am constantly losing things or leaving the house without my wallet. I've wanted a wallet case for years, but can't stand the folio kind, and other phone cases either didn't have enough room for all my cards, or the risk of a card falling out was too great. I also put my phone in my back pocket, a most wallet cases that hold more than one card are too thick for that.This case passes all those checks with flying colors. I have one concern about durability, but let me continue listing the pros for a second.The bumpers on this thing are solid. The corners and sides of this case are really protective.Physically, it /feels/ good in my hand. It has a nice weight to it, nice texture and texture variety, and the thicker portion on the back actually seems to be helping some of my hand pain--it's easier to hold and I don't have to curl my thumb as much to reach the screen. My cards feel secure in the wallet portion, and it seems like even if the little door popped or fell open accidentally, my cards would remain in place.There are four cons as far as I can tell.1. I'd recommend using a tempered glass protective screen with this case for sure. The lip around the edge of the phone that ostensibly protects the face from damage is very low profile. If the phone fell straight down, the face would not connect with the ground, but it feels a little more susceptible to knicks and dings from curves and corners than my past bumper cases have.2. This is stated very clearly in the item listing, but the charge port space is narrow; a licensed apple lightning cable should fit just fine, but my off-brand cables are a squeeze.3. For the iPhone mini at least, there is no room on this thing for a pop socket or phone grip. There is a narrow square of real estate on the back that might fit a very small phone grip, but you'll have a hard time finding one that doesn't impede the camera or the wallet door function. The wallet door part is spring-loaded, so if you attach your grip to that area, the door will flip open with minimal pressure. This case has textured grips along the side and the thicker profile does make it feel more secure in my hand, even without a grip, but I'm still looking around hoping to find something that'll work.4. Not enough colors! I adore this case and wish there was a clear option; I like to customize clear cases with stickers positioned inside the case so they don't get damaged and I'm bummed I don't have that option for this case!Basically, this case is the best and I still can't believe how cheap it is given the obvious quality. I am a very happy customer. :3

Please note two things: the Ohio State sticker was applied by me and does not come with this phone case, AND the photo shows the case I am replacing, not the brand new case I am reviewing here.I absolutely LOVE this phone case! This is the second one I have purchased. It is very reasonably priced, it is relatively slim and trim (especially given its capacity), and it is extremely functional. I can hold FOUR cards AND TWO bills in this case, so I now have no need to ever carry a wallet again! One less thing for me to forget, misplace or lose.My only concern, and the reason for the four star rating, is the sturdiness and durability factor. As you can see in the photo, a crack developed in the case just above the hinged door on the first case I bought. It did not affect the functionality of the case, but I decided to replace it anyway. Other than that small quibble, I think you will fall in love with this case if you choose to buy one. I hope this review is helpful, and thanks for taking the time to read this. I love this phone case! It's very sturdy and protective for my phone and it will hold about 5 cards in it. I love the way the back has a spring closure so I don't worry about my cards falling out and getting lost. It doesn't work extremely well with my glass screen protector and the ends come up but that's a very small issue for me.

I love the case and it keeps all my cards! I hate to carry a wallet. But the corner keeps breaking this is my 3rd one.

This phone case is by far my favorite , I love that I can fit 5 cards plus some cash. It’s a beautiful case yet sturdy. I love love, love, love this case. I’ll definitely buy more in other colors !
