Q: Is there a wiring diagram avalible to show where the wires fon for a 7.3 powersrroke

no wiring diagram that I am aware of - this site may be of use - http://guzzle7pt3.com/s_gpr.php I have a GPR shunt on my 99 7.3 and needed the info at guzzles site to wire it up correctly. When I bought it - it seemed to idle more smoothly - still seems to be the case over a year later.

Q: Can you use this for the 7.3 air intake heater relay?

From an electrical standpoint, sure; the White Rodgers relay is much higher capacity than the intake heater draws. Note that the intake heater is actually an emission reduction device; it rarely goes on unless temps are less than 32F, engine is cold and transmission is in park; it doesn't affect cold-start. If you use a WR relay for both, if your GPR fails on a trip you can change the wiring and use the AIH relay for the GPR :).

Q: So do i need two of these since theres 2 glowpllug relays or do i hook the cables of both relays into this one?

You don’t have 2 GPR. You have 1 GPR and the Air Intake Heater relay (AIH). AIH in front, GPR behind.
