The bag is large enough to accommodate big size laptop and lot of stuff when it comes to capacity. But then samsonite hasn’t really thought about the ability to carry the weight. When you have given so much capacity then obviously people will use it to it’s capacity. But whether the straps are able to hold onto that weight or not, they haven’t thought about it. So as the bag gets heavy, the straps just give up. The stitches start coming out. I purchased the bag Aug-Sept 2022. But within 6 months the straps have given up. The seller didn’t even bother to stamp the warranty card, so there is no proof that I purchased in Aug-Sept 2022. When I visited Samsonite shop in UAE for repair they asked for warranty card, the amazon invoice cannot be a proof as it can be easily tampered with. So now if i have to get it repaired, i have to pay for it.
