This little unit kept our room fresh. We were so impressed we bought another larger unit of the same brand. Hepa/Charcoal filters cut down on odors and allergens. Noticeably less dust building up since we started using.

The media could not be loaded. Note that, when new, the included filter that is installed comes installed in a plastic bag that you have to remove before the filter functions properly. Super easy to replace the filter.The 4 speeds helps to adjust the level of sound, incase you like to use it as a white noise machine. At speed 1 is barely audible.The timer is convenient, though I just always leave mine on.

The media could not be loaded. I have 2 of these! One for the living room and another one for the bedroom. Both of them blend very well with my apartment's decoration. I've noticed an improvement regarding allergies! I have a cat that is always shedding and I saw a lot of her hair ending up in the filter. In addition to that, the one in the bedroom has a very subtle white noise (mode 1 or 2) that helps me sleep. Very recommended!

With the timer setting, I can turn it on before going to bed and have it automatically turn off in the morning (8 hours later) when the bedroom will be empty the rest of the day. If you're looking for a good basic function purifier for a single room that doesn't have distracting lights or produce much noise 9on low-medium settings), this is a very good choice. I would definitely keep this one on the list, especially with the H13 level of filtration.

Thumbs up for this purifier. I've had it running for about 12hrs a day since recieved and I'm impressed! It's collected a surprising amount of dust and, when my roommate burnt bacon, it kept the smell out of my room, huge win!

This item did not reduce the dust or anything. It did make noise and moved air but never cleaned anything in fact the filter was pristine clean after 4 months of use.

I took a lot of time researching different brands of air purifiers and finally decided on this one but sadly I'm very disappointed. I bought it to put in my bird room so that the air would be clear for them. The purifier was easy to put together and start but immediately it put off a plastic smell...a very strong plastic smell that was very irritating. No...I did not leave the plastic wrap on the filter. Birds are very sensitive to smells and I didn't feel comfortable using it in their room. I didn't even feel good about having it near me or my cats so I left it running in a room we don't use yet. It took two weeks for the smell to dissipate. Now after using it for a bit in the intended room there is a buzzing sound in the motor, I think it's the motor. Wherever it's coming from it's loud and the only way to not hear it is to run the purifier on the highest speed which in itself is loud. I doubt the birds will mind the buzzing so I'll continue using it there but I don't like the noise so unless it's a temporary problem I doubt I will purchase another one of these purifiers for other rooms in our home.
