Michigan Maple Emmet's Elixer for Cutting Boards - (2) 16 oz bottles

I've been using this conditioner for a few years now, and like it much better than its competition. It seems to keep my boards sealed for much longer than another brand. I don't need to use as much either as it goes on nicely once I warm it slightly in my hands. It has a nice clean smell. I sand my boards from time to time to remove build up of anything, then recondition it. The price is about average for similar products, but it smells more natural, don't know if it is though, it just smells that way.

It's a great product and, except for just mineral oil, it's the only food save finish for cutting blocks. I treated my 5' x 8' Bally Block tabel top with mineral oil and then finished it with Emmet's Elixir to give it a slightly sealed feel. It's been holding up super.
