Great for Kiddies not adult heads
Well for 10 dollars I wanted a hat and face covering that was fluffy, loose and comfy. I got a skinny tube that was made okay but not for an adult head. Two minutes on and I was squirming to get out..too tight and material kind of like really cheap fleece blanket throws you get for 2$. That said, I gave it 3 stars because for children it might work better than hat and scarf.

Great for ears and neck, withstood the Scandanavian cold!
Wore this on a recent trip to ScandanaviaAnd WOW did it workIt really excels at covering the neck and ears, much better than a scarf ever couldIf used over the head (as pictured), you'll likey want to wear another snow cap overtop as it did seem to let some heat through. The only drawback is that there isnt a dedicated cloth to cover the face, so its not form fitting to the face, but the advantage to THIS design is that it can function as a neck, ear OR head/face cover! It suited my needs VERY well, and I'm so glad I had it!!I hope this review was helpful, if so let me know by clicking the link belowAny concerns, please ask!

Not Great By Its self
This winter I've been wearing a knit stocking cap to keep my ears warm and I thought I would give this a try to see if it is less bulky, and perhaps good for keeping the wind off my neck. I was extremely disappointed because the cold wind blew (35 degrees F of about 10 mph) through the fabric and chilled my ears and neck. I couldn't stand this for more than 5 minutes and this is reason for the low rating. This would probably be good as a liner or inner layer if another hat or helmet provided the outer layer.
