Portable Oxygen Concentrator, Stable and Continuous 90% ± 3% Oxygen, 2-9L/min Oxygen Flow Adjustable Atomizable, Suitable for Home and Personal Care

I bought this machine for my moderately asthmatic wife. With her two (blue and brown) pumps, she gets by just fine, but occasionally, for whatever reason, usually a change in season or high pollen count, she gets short of breath and it drags her down. So I thought what better what to shoehorn a bit more oxygen inside her lungs when she needs it that her own portable oxygen machine. I say portable: it plugs into electricity and is only as portable as your nearest three-pin electricity slot, but at least you can move it from room to room.As ever, the 'proof of the pudding' is that she really does feel the benefit after she's used this machine and can take a nice, deep breath rather than short, snatched breathes. When used sparingly over a few days, it gets her back to relatively normal and that's all we can ask for.Obviously, not cheap, but what price 'oxygen of life'?.As for longevity, only time will tell. If anything goes pop unduly, I'll come back here and report the problem.

Suspected electric problem causing machine to blow out after 5 months hence changed to Creliver portable oxygen concentrator

Well worth it's money, would definitely recommend.

It's very simple to setup, you get the nasal cannula, headphone cannula, joining connectors, extra filters & the mask, I honestly thought it would be a lot heavier than I expected & has a carry handle at the top also. My mum is an asthmatic & she found using this for 15 mins on the 2L setting when she needs her blue inhaler has a greatly improved her breathing! She really like the sound of the bubbles when on & when using the oxygen machine along with the blue LED behind the water tank which causes blue light effect in her bedroom, the oxygen machine has a LED display which is able to show you the time of use, can be left on to make continuous use if wanting to use it at night, the Oxygen flow (starts at 2L), the total time of usage. This can also be controlled via the provided remote control (battery not included). Fill the humidifying case with distilled, filtered water, bottled water & not exceeding its max level. Then place either of the cannula’s at your nose or mouth & breathe. My mum found it very easy to use, severely helps her breathing more than she actually anticipated! If anyone who needs natural concentrated oxygen I highly recommend the DEDAKJ

In short; after 5 hours use, the item went bang. It now does not produce air from the outlet. It is now blowing air out the vents, at the rear of the item. It has suffered an internal failure, and is now unusable.The item is being returned.My initial impressions were; It is of good build quality, and easy to use. The included remote is a useful addition. I was very happy with my purchase.My opinion follows; always consult a qualified, medical practitioner.It does seem to help people who are experiencing breathing problems. It is pleasant, comfortable, and easy to use.It seems to help with muscle, and general fatigue, in otherwise healthy people.The accessories provided also seem to be of good quality.It gives the impression of being a professional piece of equipment.If the return goes well. I will purchase another.Long term review pending.

I would hasten to add that there are reviewers that seem to be using this with no recommendation from a doctor to use home oxygen - this is really foolish.After many hospital admissions I was sent home with oxygen to use at specific moments. This contraption is easy to use and does the job I need it to with ease. It seems to work reliably well as it does keep my saturation’s where they need to be - I’ve taken some time to review this since I received it as I wanted to be sure my oxygen sats were stable whilst using it.It is doing everything just as advertised and is really useful to me.Would recommend.

This is a lightweight machine which basically supplies oxygen straight to the person that needs it. Its being used by a COPD patient at the moment and is not in continuous usage, just as and when its needed. Its really easy to use and she has found it to be extremely helpful. The best part for her is the fact that its got a remote control which means she does not have to get up or ask for someone to help her to switch off/on when she needs it to be. Fully transportable too, which is brilliant if you are having to move around. Will be able to transport in car if needed too as lightweight enough. There is ability to use for 2 patients although the equipment supplied is for use by one person and you would have to purchase the second oxygen feed separately although not very expensive. The sound is not overly loud and so does not overly disturb the room either. She seems very happy with this and its a good thing for her to have around. This could be of use to many folks with varying diagnosed respiratory conditions, obviously with medical advice guidance. Recommended
