Superb Clarity of speech Soundbox well made packaged no other manufacturer approached including Bose could not guarantee better speech clarity with Bose over twice the price I was so pleased within 2hours two of my friends had bought one also own recommendation the clarity and choice is superb and put tv sound to shame having to rely on bounced sound off walls cmon tv manufacturers get to grips with a huge problem for the elderly the sound quality from Tv cannot compare with this soundbox I don’t have to rely on tv wordscript any more or keep returning backwards to catch what someone on tv has said .A great product Zvox worth every penny and so easy to handle after set up lots of serious brownie points here 👏🙏

Great product and perfect for my Dad who struggles to hear voice over the sound effects and general noise that seems to come with all programs nowadays. I always have subtitles on so that I don't miss what is being said and I don't have any hearing issues. But my Dad can hear dialogue and enjoy programs since we got him this Sound Bar. It's not perfect. The sound is a bit tinny (to me) and the remote control is a bit clunky but it has changed my Dad's enjoyment of TV now so well worth it

The ZVOX is everything I hoped it would be and more. The sound quality is more than excellent with various sound levels and settings to suit everyone and every watching/listening situation. I have not used the Alexa integration so can't comment on that. I had a question about the ZVOX and contacted the company who responded to me immediately with the answer to my question. In fact had I read the instructions more thoroughly and looked at the handset the instructions were as clear as day. This company have excellent customer service and knowledgeable and polite staff members. Thankyou ZVOX my TV watching is brilliant and films are now a joy to watch as I can here the speech and not have the music blasting out even with the sound down as low as 9/10👍👏

When it arrived in October 2022 we were delighted (I wear hearing aids) and the clarity of sound is amazing, however, over time the sound bar seems to have decided it does not always want to do what it does best, it turns itself off and on at random and has to be unplugged when we turn off the TV as it turns the sound back on and off even over night.

Had this now for a few weeks, it doesn’t work as well as I thought it would. It produces different levels of sound but seems to struggle with the sound system used to produce the programme/film. Its different on most things we watch. Not good at picking out muffled voices at all. I suspect that programmes/films are produced with differing sound equipment and this device struggles to cope with them. We have to adjust it for everything we watch and the hearing technology it professes to have is not that apparent. We find the older the item we are watching the more it doesn’t work as its supposed to.Could be better, should be better. Wouldn’t buy it again.

Apparently the best system available for people with TV hearing and volume problems

One of these works fine, the other stops working for no reason and then works again after trying a few times. Annoying when one is trying to watch a movie.
