Received cleanser is not the gel cleanser ordered, caused terrible red splotches.
The product ordered was a gel cleanser, product received was a lotion cleanser that caused red marks all over my face. The package changed because it is a different product which I cannot use.

Bottle cap caused nail damage
Although this face wash is excellent - light, rejuvenating, cleansing, the bottle cap is so tight that I injured my nail severely trying to open it. This happened with 2 different bottles. I am going to stop buying this although I enjoy using it, just because of the poorly designed bottle.
