Q: Can you cut it lengthwise?

You can cut this insulation any direction you'd like to cut it. I use this insulation in cars and trucks to keep heat and noise down (mostly heat). It cuts very easily with a knife or scissors...use a quality tape to seal the edges (I use gorilla tape or aluminum tape) just to make sure it last for many years. This insulation is very good at most things...I've tested it with my heat gun and it held up even better than expected. It's fabricated very well and does allow cutting to shape with ease. My air conditioner and heater in my personal truck are amazingly efficient and requires much less effort to keep the temp right where I set it (I live in the San Antonio Texas area...it's hot down here).

I have applied this material to my roll up overhead doors in my shop and it does a nice job of keeping the cold in the winter and reflective heat in the summer from penetrating the aluminum doors.

Q: I need an additional ceiling, for example drywall or pvc ceilings? What percentage lowers the temperature this material? For 80 sqmts how many rolls?

It is not the intended purpose, you need to purchase fiberglass insulation.
