It works as long as you dice small sections of potatoes and onions. With softer vegetables such as zucchini and squash, you can dice larger sections. It is difficult to keep the diver on the base.

First the 1.5mm slicer wouldn't slice a cucumber. The 1 mm slicer was paper thin. Next tried to use the wide dicer for bell pepper. Instantly fell apart, almost cutting me when I had to pick the metal blades out of smashed, not diced, pepper. It is cheaply made. I'll stick to doing it all by hand now.

I love this chopper. It has everything you need to chop, dice or slice any fruit or Veggie. I am on a diet & have been meal prepping the past few months & this saved me so much time last weekend when I was preparing my meals for the week. It was easy to clean & doesn't take up too much space.

Great product to have on hand for all your slicing, dicing and cutting needs. The price was good and you get many different pieces to use. I've used for potato chips and onions so far. It takes a few tires to get used to it, but once in the slicing groove, it's easy!
